During the Project Planning phase, the foundation of the project is built by determining stake holder involvement, developing a project work plan and identifying initial project risks. A kick-off meeting with the integrated project team is held and project objectives are determined and validated.
Project Monitoring and Control involves assessing and evaluating risks early and continually, and defining mitigation strategies, which are regularly reviewed.
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders is critical to project success at every stage. Our Reporting and Communication approach establishes an accountability framework that keeps our customers informed and involved via regular briefings and status reports.
As part of the project work plan, we establish a Quality Assurance Management Plan that identifies key project performance metrics to be obtained and quality standards to be enforced. Quality assurance checks are performed against all deliverables and are consistent and measurable.
